What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you complete the Contact Us form, you are submitting your name, email address, and any other optional fields and information you share in your message to us.

When you complete the Paradigm Employment Application, you are voluntarily providing personal information necessary for consideration of a position with Paradigm. In addition to the examples listed, personal information also includes information such as name, home address, telephone, personal email address, education and work history, and any other information necessary to Paradigm’s business purposes, which is voluntarily disclosed in the course of an employee’s application for and employment with Paradigm.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs, respond to requests for services, provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

We will use the information for any follow up emails or phone calls based on contacting us;
We will use this information to screen applicants and store your personal information (i.e., application) as required by law as it applies to recruitment and hiring;

We never sell or exchange your information to any third party that is received through this website.

Third-party app used for application

Paradigm uses CaptainForm to gather information for application. The third-party app will collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, in so far as to process your application. Once the application is submitted it is transmitted to Paradigm and the data is deleted from the third-party server.

Google Analytics (Google)

The services contained in this section enable Paradigm, Inc. to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of your behavior.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data Collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Return/Refund Policy

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If payment was made by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. Please contact us to discuss any necessary return or refund.

Delivery Standards

If shipping is needed, orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We will alert you to the planned shipping method and timeframe. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
