At Paradigm, certification in Family Centered Treatment (FCT) is always a proud moment — but today, we are especially honored to recognize someone whose journey, dedication, and character make this milestone truly meaningful. Please join us in celebrating Casey Wilkinson, our newest Level I Certified FCT Practitioner.

Casey joined Paradigm in August 2023 as a Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Skill Builder, working within the Intensive Community Reintegration and Outpatient Competency Restoration programs — settings that demand adaptability, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with individuals navigating significant life transitions. Her commitment to meaningful service began even earlier through an internship with the Alzheimer’s Association, completed prior to earning her bachelor’s degrees in Gerontology and Psychology from UNO.

From the beginning, Casey has never approached her work as “just a job.” She consistently brings a thoughtful, principled, and detail‑driven approach to every person she supports. When she transitioned to the FCT Team in July 2025, she brought with her not only clinical skill, but a personal standard of excellence that quickly set her apart.

Colleagues describe Casey as someone who holds herself to the same high expectations we set for the families we serve. She is dedicated, respectful, and deeply intentional in how she connects with others. Casey focuses on building genuine relationships — seeing each person not as a diagnosis, behavior, or circumstance, but as an individual with thoughts, feelings, and ideas. Those who observe her work frequently note the joy and light she brings to her interactions, as well as her reliability and follow‑through with clients.

Achieving FCT certification is a rigorous process requiring persistence, reflection, and the ability to apply the model with both skill and heart. Casey has demonstrated all of these qualities and more. Her certification is not only a professional accomplishment — it is a testament to the quality, compassion, and integrity she brings into every home and every interaction.

We are proud to recognize Casey Wilkinson for this outstanding achievement. Her work strengthens the FCT program, enriches our team, and enhances the care we provide throughout the community.

Congratulations, Casey!
