In addition to the examples listed, personal information also includes information such as name, home address, telephone, personal email address, education and work history, and any other information necessary to Paradigm’s business purposes, which is voluntarily disclosed in the course of an employee’s application for and employment with Paradigm.

Third-party app used for application
Paradigm uses CaptainForm to gather information for application. The third-party app will collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, in so far as to process your application. Once the application is submitted it is transmitted to Paradigm and the data is deleted from the third-party server.
