Our History
Paradigm, Inc. was founded in 2010 as a consultation and training organization. Paradigm provided assistance to public and private agencies in the human services, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and education fields. The leaders at Paradigm bring an enormous amount of passion, commitment, experience, and a bit of “common sense” to their work.
In 2012, Paradigm went “a new direction” by renewing their passion by growing to provide direct services to children and families in Nebraska. Our company will continue to be innovative and collaborative as we move forward in new directions.
